Processing Time

Orders ship from the USA within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Typical delivery is 3–5 business days within the US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

30-Day Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, uninstalled, and complete.
  • Return shipping is customer-paid unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return:

Damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right quickly.
What items are non-returnable?
  • Installed or used filters, membranes, or components
  • Items not in original packaging or missing parts
  • Special order or clearance items (if marked on the product page)
When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time we ship to US addresses only. For special requests, please contact us.
